NDIS

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) was initiated by the Australian Government for Australians with a disability, including people with intellectual, physical, sensory and psycho-social disabilities. Each participant has their own NDIS plan that identifies the outcomes they wish to achieve, the supports that will be funded by the NDIS and other supports the person requires. People with disability will choose the providers they engage and can change providers at any time, providing Participants with choice and control over the services they engage with. NDIS SERVICES

Support Coordination

Support coordination is a capacity building service to assist NDIS participants to implement supports listed in their plan, including informal, mainstream, community and funded supports.

Therapeutic Supports

Harmony Place offers a range of therapeutic supports to participants, including individual assessment and therapy, group therapy and counselling. All therapeutic supports are provided by suitably qualified psychologists and counsellors and accredited interpreters are booked for Participants where English is not their first language.
