Harmony Place provides supports in NDIS, mental health and care coordination to people from all walks of life.
We are a non-government community-based organisation, specialising in culturally sensitive services to strengthen the health and wellbeing of people from diverse cultural backgrounds. We work with children, refugees, asylum seekers, international students, migrants and their spouses, as well as Australian-born clients and community, and offer a range of specialist mental health programs that promote emotional and social wellbeing and reduce risk of mental illness, as well as NDIS services.
We are part of Access Community Services.
Our vision is to respond to the health needs of our participants in a culturally sensitive practice.
Our mission is to empower individuals and communities in shaping their own futures.
We are personal, friendly, professional and committed to strengthening a person’s physical, emotional and social wellbeing and reduce risk of mental illness.
Our Positive Attitude
We are leaders who work collaboratively with others to achieve successful outcomes.
We are committed professionals with qualifications in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology and Counselling. Some came to Australia as refugees and migrants themselves, or are the children of refugees and migrants. As they share this experience with the people who use our services, our staff are in a unique position to offer peer support as well as professional counselling and supported group activities.
