Harmony Place
Offers a number of free mental health services for those who are living with a severe and complex mental health condition, are from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) background and are aged 16 years to 65 years. These supports include individual and group therapeutic sessions as well as case coordination. We are funded by Brisbane South Primary Health Network along with Queensland Health to deliver supports within the Logan and Princess Alexandra Hospital regions as well as Ipswich.
The individual and group support and activities will be provided by a team of mental health workers focusing on the key aims of:
Increasing personal capacity, confidence, and self-reliance
Increasing social participation
Streamlining access to appropriate services
Providing flexible and responsive support at times of increased need
